This role prepares and produces work volume and staffing forecast dashboards, as well as comparative data on results vs. forecasts, identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions. This position provides workforce management scheduling and load balancing requirements for work peaks and valleys. The Scheduler makes adjustments and recommendations for optimizing scheduling to maximize service and quality.

The Tax Manager will oversee and coordinate the tax function at the Global Business Service Center, while developing and training direct reports. This position will support the global tax department with tax compliance, tax provision, and special projects. The Tax Manager will primarily be responsible for the Company’s review (and periodically preparation) of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated income tax provision in accordance with the Company’s internal control procedures.
