The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting project activities and ensuring the efficient execution of tasks, working closely with and reporting to the Director of Training &Talent Management to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks, all aimed at ensuring the smooth operation and success of training and talent projects.
Responsible for ensuring proper processing of information from first line of process to identify and reconcile possible adjustments.
Responsible for transcription of electronic files issued within the databases such as, but not limited to, letters, reports, and statements.
Responsible for reviewing medical information to determine if requested treatment is medically necessary and appropriate according to the given standards.
Responsible for auditing in-patient and/or surgical bills to promote excellence in medical bill review and process improvement.
