Responsible for providing timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis to facilitate decision-making on strategic initiatives. This position also provides objective business insights, external financial perspective and effective control of infrastructure cost.

• Demonstrate financial acumen founded on solid fundamentals as well as a business acumen that reflects an understanding of the dynamics of the business.
• Provides effective and timely financial advice/analysis with thoughtful business insight/analytics and business performance to management team on key matters affecting the business and its ability to achieve financial results.
• Develops advanced excel models to assist in reporting and analysis.
• Tracks financial performance for operational programs and initiatives.
• Utilizes complex financial models that incorporate all relevant metrics and drivers of the business.
• Implements business tools and processes, and coordinate training efforts as assigned.
• Ensures all financial and management reporting requirements are met. Leads the development and implementation of improved metrics/dashboard reporting.
• Collects, analyzes and reports on key drivers and metrics.
• Recommends and participates in process improvement initiatives related to business unit objectives.
• Assists in strategic planning process throughout organization, including monitoring and executing strategic initiatives, as requested.
• Prepares competitive analysis, market research, and client analysis.
• Efficiently and effectively communicates results to appropriate levels of management and operational teams on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance broadening assignments and experience, with expertise in a number of functional areas.
• CPA and/or CMA highly desirable.
• High level of proficiency in developing financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
• Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint), Sharepoint and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, organized and diplomatic manner; ask appropriate questions in order to obtain information; listen to others to respond
• effectively to ideas and questions.
• Proficiency with project planning software tools, preferably Microsoft Project, a plus.
